Our welding poisitoning device is a versatile and effective welding solution for girth welding. It can be used in combination with various welding machines such as argon arc welding machine (with filler rod or not), gas shielded welding machine (CO2/MAG/MIG welder), plasma welding machine, etc. It can also combine other welders to form an automatic welding system.

The welding positioners mainly comprise rotating table, positioning mechanism and electric control system. The speed of rotating table is adjustable. It comes with an independent circuit for speed regulation, and a dial switch is used to directly preset weld length. In addition, tilt angle can be adjusted as required and the welding gun can be lifted or lowered pneumatically.
