Available with steel, rubber and PU wheels, they are mainly used for supporting and positioning tanks and pipes for welding, grinding, rubber lining, fabricating, and other applications.

Among these types, the self-aligning turning roll carries out self adjusting according to pipe size and the adjustable turning roll employs screw rod adjusting and screw adjusting. The self-aligning turning rolls manufactured by Yizhou can automatically adjust the pivot angle of wheels based on workpiece diameters for pipe and vessel fabrication. It employs a combination of steel and rubber wheels, enabling large bearing capacity and strong driving capability. The pipe welding rotator can be used in conjunction with our YZH series welding manipulator to carry out circular seam and longitudinal seam welding automatically on metal pipe’s internal and external surface. Also, it can be used with manual welding machine to test and assemble cylindrical workpiece.

Applications
1. The welding equipment is mainly used for tubular vessels or pipes welding and assembly. With proper adjustment to the height of master and slave rolls, it can also be used for welding cone pipes.
2. Clamping some long and not round work pieces in specially designed circular hoops, the tank welding roll is suitable for use in their welding and assembling works.
