Adjustable Turning Rolls

The vessel turning rolls can realize self adjustment according to workpiece size and weight. Wheel center distance can be adjusted manually. 1. The adjustable welding rotator employs screw adjusting method, and the screw hole can adjust the eccentric distance of roller wheels with respect to large tonnage workpiece, so as to fit workpiece of different diameters.
2. Due to continuously variable speed control, the adjustable turning rolls are easy and safe to operate.
3. An excellent deceleration transmission device is equipped to improve the welding equipment’s performance.
4. A manual control box is available, which can be remote controlled.
